MT JAGGED 2022 Wishing Well Pinot Noir
TEXTURE
Silken and finely detailed. Translucent ruby colour leads to lifted aromas of wild strawberry, red cherry and cranberry with rose petal, orange zest and a whisper of cinnamon/tea-leaf. The palate is light–medium in body with a silky entry, fine, powdery tannins and bright natural acidity giving drive. Red-berry purity sits over subtle thyme and gentle French-oak spice, tapering to a long, cool, mouth-watering finish with a faint chalky snap.

Situated at 320 meters above sea level, Mt Jagged Vineyard enjoys the low-yielding cool climate of the Southern Fleurieu, allowing the fruit to ripen slowly, developing an abundance of intense and complex characters.
TEXTURE
This cool climate Chardonnay presents aromas of grapefruit and stone fruits leading to a citrus/ stone fruit palate complimented by oak spice and vanilla providing a lingering toasty finish. Will reward with careful cellaring.
