MT JAGGED Cabernet Sauvignon 2021
Short blurb
Classic cool-climate Cab: ripe blackcurrant and blackberry with bay leaf, cedar and cocoa. Medium-full bodied, fine graphite tannins, long savoury finish.
Full description
From Mt Jagged’s wind-cooled vines, the 2021 Cabernet Sauvignon balances ripe dark fruit with refreshing structure. Aromas of cassis, blackberry and mulberry lead, layered with bay leaf, violet and a hint of cedar. The palate is medium-full and focused—pure blackcurrant framed by graphite-like tannins, bright acidity and subtle cocoa/oak spice. Polished, savoury and built for the table, it finishes long and poised.
