Crafted from Mt Jagged’s cool, wind-kissed vineyards, the 2022 Wishing Well Pinot Noir is all about finesse and fragrance. Aromas of wild strawberry, red cherry and cranberry lift from the glass with rose petal, dried thyme and a hint of cinnamon. The palate is glossy yet beautifully poised—pure red-berry fruit framed by fine, tea-leaf tannins and vibrant acidity. A subtle line of oak adds gentle spice without weighing down the wine. Elegant, savoury and seamless; this is Pinot that favours grace over heft and finishes long, fresh and moreish.
