Mt Jagged’s elevated, wind-cooled site shapes a fragrant, poised 2023 Shiraz. Aromas of blackberry, dark cherry and blueberry rise with violet, black pepper, star anise and a hint of cocoa. The palate is medium-bodied and sleek—pure dark fruit carried by bright acidity and fine, graphite-like tannins. Oak is discreet, adding polish and gentle spice without weight. Vibrant, pepper-laced and food-friendly, it finishes long and cool.
