Full description (product page)
Mt Jagged’s breezy, elevated site gives the 2021 Shiraz lift and definition. Aromas of blackberry, black plum and blueberry rise with violet, pepper, dark chocolate and a hint of olive. The palate is medium-full and silky—ripe dark fruit carried by fresh acidity and fine, graphite-like tannins. Discreet French oak adds cocoa and spice without weight. Polished, vibrant and food-friendly, finishing long and savoury.
