The 2019 season in McLaren Vale was warm and dry, with lower yields but fruit of exceptional quality. Cooler nights helped preserve acidity and aromatic intensity, resulting in wines with both power and finesse.

Winemaking Notes:
Small-batch fermentation and careful temperature control ensured depth of flavour and smooth tannin development. Maturation in seasoned French and American oak added spice and complexity without overwhelming the fruit purity.
