Picked for tension and purity, the 2024 Top Block Semillon captures Mt Jagged’s cool, wind-kissed character. Aromas of fresh lime, lemon zest and white blossom lead, with hints of green apple, lemongrass and wet stone. The palate is sleek and ultra-refreshing—citrus and orchard fruit gliding over a fine, chalky texture and a mouth-watering, saline finish. Fermentation is kept cool to preserve perfume; subtle lees work adds gentle mid-palate weight without dulling the crunch. Vibrant now, with the bones to blossom in bottle.
